Therefore it is mandatory to provide the Council Registration Number or Drug License Number before placing an order and msdentalexpo.com will assume that the details provided are correct and will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer.
These Terms of Use govern all products offered on the msdentalexpo.com website/app platform.
Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “our” refer to the msdentalexpo.com website/app. Wherever the text mentions ‘you’ or ‘your’, it means you (the reader/customer).

- The customer is solely responsible for the account information such as username and password and you hereby assume responsibility for any actions that occur under your account.
- You acknowledge and agree that any information provided by you is yours alone and does not in any way violate the privacy of any third party/person.
- If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, you agree to and are bound by all terms and conditions of the msdentalexpo.com website/app to the account holder.

Our dedicated team aims to get back to you within 24 hours. Even if the order was placed in error, you can still return the items by simply contacting our customer service.
- In case of any delay in delivery, you can track the status of your order by visiting 'My Orders'. We aim to meet the delivery time but during busy periods like promotional sales, festive occasions, tech updates, and extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed and may take slightly longer than specified. msdentalexpo.com website/app will not be responsible for any such delays; however, we always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. - In case of cancellation of a paid order, the amount paid will be credited to the account details provided at the time of purchase and msdentalexpo.com website/app will not be responsible for any specific time taken in the transfer. The transfer is made only as per the time taken by the bank.
- If any product is found to be unavailable after receiving the order, the customer will be notified of the order cancellation via email and the payment will be refunded to the account holder from which the payment was made. The msdentalexpo.com website/app shall not be liable for any loss in such event/incident due to order cancellation or delay in delivery.
- Payment can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI Wallet, Paytm, or Mobikwik as per the availability of services by third-party companies.
- If you use the msdentalexpo.com website/app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

- Cancellation Policy
- To cancel an order before the product/s has been shipped, the customer must go to ‘My Orders’ and cancel the order or contact msdentalexpo1@gmail.com.
- Orders generally get shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping could be initiated as early as an hour within the order time.
- In cases where the cancellation request reaches us before the shipping gets initiated, there will be no cancellation charges. In cases where shipping has been initiated, a cancellation charge of Rs 100 shall apply.
- However, the same is not applicable to products that have been specially procured against the order. In such cases, a cancellation charge of up to 20% of the order value will be levied at msdentalexpo.com discretion
- To cancel an order after the product/s has been shipped, the customer must contact msdentalexpo1@gmail.com.
- When an order is canceled before/after shipment, refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours. We process refunds once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse.
- In case of cancellation after dispatch, refunds may take longer.
- Return Policy
- The return courier has to be sent by the customer himself to our office address by paying the courier charges. The customer will have to bear the charges of the courier sent by the customer himself.
- The product must be returned intact with all the contents shipped in its original packaging.
- If multiple items are ordered, even a part of the order can be returned. However, all components of the product must be intact and the product must not be unused/altered.
- In case of return/refund, we process the refund once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse.
- In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is returned, we process the refund once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse.
- For payments made through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Equipment that cannot be returned includes Dental Chairs, Dental Compressors, UV Chambers, Autoclaves, X-Ray Units, RVG Sensor Machines, Model Trimmer, OPG & CBCT Machines, Apex Locators, Endomotors, Ultrasonic Scalers, Micromotors, Physio Dispenses and others. Light Curing Units, Amalgamators, All High-Speed & Low-Speed Aerators & Handpieces etc.
- Products that are not eligible for return include tooth cream/mousse, MRC/orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks or other myofunctional devices.

- Items that are not eligible for return:
- Product damage due to misuse/overuse
- Returns without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing
- And/or any attachments or if the original packaging is damaged
- If the serial number has been tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under the company/manufacturer's warranty
- Used or modified product
- If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
- No returns of free product/products
Refund Policy
- For payments made through credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the products back. The amount may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details you shared. This process will be completed within 24-48 working hours once we receive the products back and your bank details in email. It may take an additional 2-3 working days (in some cases it may take 7-10 days) for the amount to reflect in your account.
