Prime Chrome Chromatic Alginate is an impression material which is chromatic, dust free and
thixotropic. It has Rubber effect and can be easily mixed. It comes in lemon flavor, All timings
are recorded from the start of mix. Water & room temperature at 25-degree C.

Start of mix: 0 Sec
End of the mix: 40 Sec
Load of tray: 60 Sec
Tray in mouth: 1.10 Mint
Final Set: 2.15 Mints-Total
Colour Changing:
Powder: Yellow

Mixing Process:
Start by placing the required amount of water in a clean mixing bowl.
Gradually add the powder to the water while stirring continuously.
Mix until the powder is fully incorporated and a smooth, homogenous mixture is achieved.
Colour Indicators:
The powder starts as light yellow.
Once mixing begins, it transitions to pink.
At the end of the mixing process, it becomes light pink.
The loaded tray should exhibit a yellow colour.
Timing:
Start timing the mixing process from the moment powder and water are combined.
The entire mixing process should take approximately 40 seconds.
Load the tray within 60 seconds of the start of mixing.
Insert the loaded tray into the patient’s mouth within 1 minute and 10 seconds.
The final set should occur within 2 minutes and 15 seconds from the start of mixing.
Setting Environment:
Note that heat enhances the setting process, while cold may retard it. Ensure a stable temperature environment during the procedure.

Use Prime Chrome Alginate for various dental applications such as removable prostheses, study models, and antagonist creation.

Store the alginate material in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
