Return Policy

• The return courier has to be sent by the customer himself to our office address by paying the courier charges. The customer will have to bear the charges of the courier sent by the customer himself.
• The product must be returned intact with all the contents shipped in its original packaging.
• If multiple items are ordered, even a part of the order can be returned. However, all components of the product must be intact and the product must not be unused/altered.
• In case of return/refund, we process the refund once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse.
• In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
• In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is returned, we process the refund once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse.
• For payments made through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• Equipment that cannot be returned includes Dental Chairs, Dental Compressors, UV Chambers, Autoclaves, X-ray units, RVG Sensor Machines, Model Trimmer, OPG & CBCT Machines, Apex Locators, Endomotors, Ultrasonic Scalers, Micromotors, Physio Dispenses and others. Light Curing Units, Amalgamators, All High-Speed ​​& Low-Speed ​​Aerators & Handpieces etc.
• Products that are not eligible for return include tooth cream/mousse, MRC/orthodontic trainers, water flossers, chin caps, headgear, face masks, or other myofunctional devices.
