Choose the Mani Diamond Bur with the shape, size and grit appropriate for your specific dental procedure.
Shank Insertion :
Insert the shank of the Mani Diamond Bur fully into the dental handpiece to establish a secure and stable connection.
Pre-Use Inspection :
Before use run the Mani Diamond Bur at a low speed to check for any wobbling or decentering. If you notice any irregularities, replace the bur to ensure precision.
Patient Preparation :
Prepare the patient for the dental procedure, ensuring they are comfortable and adequately anesthetized if necessary.
Coolant and Lubrication :

Apply the appropriate pressure, typically 20 to 40 PSI, depending on the bur’s diameter. Operate the bur at or below the maximum recommended RPM to prevent overheating and maintain efficiency.
Correct Motion :
Maintain steady and controlled movements during the procedure, avoiding abrupt levering, tilting, twisting or jamming motions. Never use a pulling motion, as it can damage the instrument and affect the procedure’s precision.
